Incrüst - "A Hate Named Revolt"

Una celebre fase dice che "in Svizzera non succede mai niente di interessante", sarà vero ma di certo non mancano gruppi che cercano di ribaltare drasticamente la situazione. Gli Incrüst vengono dalla capitale elvetica e raccolgono membri che vengono fuori da bands più o meno conosciute come Mumakil e Burning Flesh, puntando su una miscela pesante di crust e grind con influenze decisive dall'hardcore e dal metal più furioso, per stringere il cappio di un demo  diretto come una martellata.  Le vocals sono confezionate perfettamente, variando tra scream e growl selvaggio, supportate eggreggiamente dal lavoro della batteria e dalle chitarre, che risultano però un po' pastose. Di sorprese, il disco, ne riserva poche ma, mettendo insieme influenze importanti come Disrupt, Wolfbrigade e una somiglianza a tratti con gli italiani Kontatto, non si rivela certo un EP deludente ma, anzi, con tutti i numeri per essere giustamente apprezzato dagli amanti del genere.

A famous sentence says that "in Swiss never happens something intresting", maybe it's true but surely there are many bands that try to deeply change the situation. Incrüst come from Geneva and are formed by past members of more or less famous bands as Mumakil and Burning Flesh, playing an heavy mix of crust and grind, with important influences of hardcore punk and the most furios metal, to clench the slipknot of a demo that is hard as a fist in the face. Vocals are excelent, changing from scream to a wild growl, greatly supported by a great work of the drum and the guitars, that are good but a little bit confusing and mushy. The Ep doesn't have surprising contents but mixing together important influences as Disrupt, Wolfbrigade and a similarity, in some moments. with italian d-beat masters Kontatto, the band makes a demo that isn't dissapointing, on the contrary, it has the quality to be very appreciated by genre's lovers.
